Late Arrival

I always try to be accommodating if you're running behind. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send me a message to let me know so we can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it in time so we have enough time for the entirety of your service, fantastic! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service to keep it in the time we have booked just for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no call/no show and you will need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy charges.

Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24+ hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. (ex cut+color=$50 fee)

I know we have heavy weather but my policy still stands. Fees will be waived if major highways/roads are closed or school is cancelled.

No Show Policy

If you don’t show up to your appointment or call within 2 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and a fee of your entire service will be due before your next appointment can be booked.

Service Guarantee & Redo Policy

I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment please contact me within 5 business days of your appointment date so I can schedule you to adjust it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Additionally, we talk about realistic hair goals during your consultation and sometimes this means multiple sessions. Any issues reported after the 5 day period will not be immediately considered for a redo, but will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to another appointment charge.
